bleeco bracket

I obtained this double bracket from Bob Cookson. He suggested it was a BLEECO bracket but it hasn't turned up in any catalogues and the only part which could confirm its provenance, that is the fuse box cover, is unfortunately missing.

The GEC produced a similar base for the two bracket arms, but in their version, the arms connected at a finial to produce a harp bracket.

The brackets can be rotated so the arms can be positioned at various angles. Locknuts on the top of the main spigot allow the arms to be kept in position.

It was also missing its lanterns. So I've fitted a Crompton Parkinson Star I and another Crompton Parkinson Star I.
