Lucy Medium Swan Neck Bracket

This bracket originally stood somewhere in Sussex. It was discovered on a pallet in the depot (the lighting engineer knowing collectors’ fondness for interesting old swan necks and wing lanterns).

The entire ensemble was in a typically dreadful state: rusty bracket, missing fuse-box cover, badly maintained lantern with hanging bulb holder and missing mirrors.

The bracket itself has since been partially restored and painted. It won’t be fully restored until the lantern has its full complement of mirrors replaced.

Lucy Medium Swan Neck Bracket: As Originally Purchased

This was the state of the bracket and lantern after several years installed somewhere in Sussex.
