BLEECO 694 Enclosed Sunstar

Although I collected this BLEECO from Hove, the owner purchased it in Ireland. This shouldn't be surprising as I found lots of BLEECO brackets and equipment in Dublin.

Unfortunately the original bowl was smashed to pieces, but I was able to glue it together, and determine its make. The picture shows the lantern fitted with a cracked example, but I'll have to find a replacement.

Unlike many other BLEECO lanterns in the collection, this one is marked clearly with Made In England, a catalogue number 862 (which doesn't correspond to anything in the literature) and a strange diamond symbol.

Whilst I thought the fuse box was complete, it's been fitted with a wooden cover. So, yet another fuse box cover to find!

The bracket is a BLEECO Bracket.
