GEC Z5034 Large Wembley

This lantern, probably from the early 1950s, originally stood somewhere in the Blackpool area. Upon its removal was kept in storage. Many thanks to John Thompson for tracking it down.

Unfortunately it's missing its acorn shaped clear glass bowl, but I'll get a replacement made for it.

After service, it was saved and mounted to a ceiling, hence the flat mounting plate. Also note that it's retained its GEC anti-drip connection box.

The lantern body is copper and has been painted grey.
