This REVO cut-off was originally installed on the A460, Cannock Road, Wolverhampton. The last lantern of its type in Wolverhampton, it was rescued by Claire Pendrous and pictures of it in-situ can be seen on Mike Barford's site (Survivour From The Past #29).

Both the internal reflectors and the covering glass are missing and will have to be replaced with something else when the lantern's restored.
