BLEECO Prismatic Bowl Lanterns for Group "A" road lighting.
The hood, which is similar for both lanterns, can be supplied in cast iron or in aluminium alloy and is fitted with a hinged
ring, which carries the outer prismatic bowl.
No. 697 is fitted with the Holophane Bi-Way single-piece bowl refractor for use with the 250 or
400-watt vertical-burning mercury discharge lamp.
No. 698 is fitted with the new stepped Holophane prismatic bowl, No. 4119, and is used in conjunction with an
internal single-piece dome refractor, No. 4118 series, for use with 300-500 watt gas-filled filament lamps.
Both these lanterns can be supplied to give a Symmetrical, 2-way Axial or 2-way Non-Axial light distribution as required.
