Introduced in 1945 for Group "A" roads. Bowl refractor lantern. Cast iron crown and globe holder assembly. Crown arranged with condensation
proof connection box, wired with heat-resisting leads to porcelain G.E.S. lampholder and inlet for suspension, 1" BSP. Heavy gauge copper casting. Inner and outer white vitreous enamelled steel
reflectors. Fitted with single-piece Holophane "Bi-Way" refractor which can provide a 160° non-axial distribution or
180° axial distribution. Variations can be supplied without condensation proof connector box and with simplified crown,
and without the outer reflector if preferred.
If used with 300W GLS then an additional inner band refractor can be supplied.
