These side-entry lantern which have been designed for use with the Philips SOX 135 watt low pressure sodium lamp are suitable for Group 'A' lighting installations.

Materials and Finish

• Lantern body is die-cast in corrosion-resistant aluminium allow (LM6M), stove enamel finished hammertone grey outside, white inside.
• Lantern bowl attached to body by bowl ring with stainless-steel hinge pins and quick action toggle catches.
• Tropicalised felt gasket ensures dust and weatherproof seal.

Optical system comprises

• For cut-off lanterns, polished super-purity aluminium alloy reflector panels secured on to one-piece acrylic bowl.
• For semi-cut-off lanterns, prismatic refractor panels cemented to one-piece acrylic bowl.
