This street lighting fitting comprises cast aluminium alloy canopy with internal high quality
vitreous enamelled reflector. The lower portion of the lantern consists of a single-piece
Perspex bowl with two internal Perpsex refractor plates securely sealed to provide complete
protection for the prisms.
The Perspex bowl is hinged to the canopy and may be instantly opened by released two stainless
steel toggle action fasteners.
High efficiency and effective light control is thus obtained while the exterior surface is
completely smooth to facilitate maintenance.
Apart from the area covered by the refractor plates the internal surface of the bowl is of
figured formation.
The lantern is completely weatherproof and will not permit the ingress of dust or insects.
