the association of metal sprayers

The Association Of Metal Sprayers
Barclays Bank Chambers
Dudley
England

Metal spraying, as carried out by Members of the Association of Metal Sprayers, is the best method known of preventing corrosion. A metallic coating applied to a clean steel base is the best method of preparation for final painting. Coatings are usually either zinc or aluminium. The process is equally suitable for coatings of tin, lead, copper, nickel and other alloys. Thousands of lamp standard arms have been treated in the city of Glasgow where aluminium coatings are used. - APLE Conference Programme 1946
