This very early catalogue has an interesting definition of Streetlites - namely any light
installed on the street. This includes the modern definition of a street light as well as shop display lights,
sign lights, extra lights and so on. Only those I would consider street lights by the modern definition have been
included.
Believed to date from 1910, this catalogue clearly shows the state of the industry; multiple bulbs in well-glass style
fittings, no reflectors or refractors, and no scientific approach to the subject.
The names of the lanterns, spare glassware and brackets has to be seen to be believed!
