The team moved north into the former ground-floor dormitory of Male Ward G (York). It was one of the
first wards to be closed and had been left in a semi-derelict state for several years before the hospital
actually closed.
Most of the plaster had fallen away and daylight streamed through holes in the ceiling above.
The urban explorers took pictures and then quietly returned to the corridor network and started
moving south-west along the next corridor.
