We were following signs for the Mortuary. As it turned out, we never found it, but it was obviously tucked
away in this part of the hospital somewhere.
Because we were staying away from the outer windows, we didn’t venture into any of the wards on the periphery.
But we still found wards within the bulk of the hospital.
Now mostly empty, all that remained were the curtain rails above the beds.
