The Severalls' interior decorator was almost as bad as the one at Cane Hill,
electing to use unusual and unwise shades of blue and orange. For the blue cell corridor emerged in this orange day room/ward.
The metal supports for the curtains around the beds were still in place as were the lights. Baths and toilets were found at the end of the room, and there was no way onwards.
We’d made a wrong turn somewhere, so we started to back out of the ward.
