I’m making it all sound too simple. We didn’t find the tower until late in the day, and it confirmed our
position and the layout of the site. Most of our earlier discoveries were based purely on complete luck.
Our first piece of luck was finding some rusty gates, complete with “Keep Out” and “Trespassers Will Be
Shot” statements. It looked promising so we crept in.
