Small rooms were built either side of the hanger, looking
strangely modern and unfinished with their pink gypsum plaster.
These annexes were for the day-to-day running of the hanger and
included offices for the squadron, rest rooms for aircrew and ground crew,
changing and locker rooms, map and briefing rooms, armouries, wireless, instrument workshops and stores.
