At the end of the lane, the full frontage of this single storey building swung into view.
Unfortunately it did look a little battered, but I wasn’t expecting plush carpets and net curtains.
And they’ve already started to clear the site, as confirmed by the huge pile of bricks to the side.
The door at the front, flanked by the four windows, looked large and impressive, but wasn’t probably
the main doorway (for reasons pondered later).
The small open door in the side of the building looked tempting. A quick look methinks.
