After being thoroughly busted at our first location (that being
Plan A), we shot off to explore some mines, this being Cornwall after
all. From a poor multimap print, we eventually found our first target,
but I'd done little or no research previously (as this was Plan B).Thus, my mining virginity was about to be taken by a rummage around a
site for which I knew there was a big hole somewhere, tin or copper
emerged elsewhere, and "stuff" was done in-between. We all have to start somewhere. (NB Information on the mines of Cornwall is sketchy, and all available sources tend to contradict each other. Even the opening and closing dates differ between websites. Therefore if you can help correct this tour, then please e-mail me.)
