Both Cane Hill and West Park suffer for MDS of the GB. Or more accurately, they are classed as Major Developed Sites in the Green Belt.

Whilst the rest of the asylums in the locale are converted or demolished, Hill's and Park's position in the idealistic wooded ribbon around London mean that they are surrounded by nature, and will slowly be conquered by nature. Both, hopefully, to become post-modern ruins, forgotten in the lushness of London's green enclosure.
