revo vanguard b12868 harp bracket

The standard REVO Vanguard harp bracket was designed for a top entry lantern with the two arms of the bracket coming together at an undecorated square finial.

This version has been modified to fit a side entry lantern.

This lantern and bracket combination were installed in large numbers throughout the town of Haslemere between 1955 and 1965. A large number could still be found on the Hindhead Road (A287) in 2008 when this example was removed by P..

The lantern is a modified REVO S13721/S.
