This "Wembley-Suburban" Lantern consists of a spun solid copper body, stove enamelled green outside and white inside,
fitted with a special telescopic focusing device and carrier supporting a G.E.C. single-piece prismatic glass dome refractor.
A bayonet cap porcelain lampholder is fitted and a clear glass outer globe held in a removable ring surrounds the refractror and lamp. Two special
globe ring fasteners facilitate easy removal of the outer globe for cleaning and lamp renewal purposes. The interior of the lantern and the
underside of the reflector are finished in white stove enamel. The lantern is suitable for use in conjunction with a 100 or 150 watt OSRAM
Gasfilled Clear Lamp.

This "Wembley-Suburban" Lantern is similar to the above but of slightly larger dimensions and is suitable for use with a 200-watt OSRAM
Gasfilled Lamp. In addition to the above features it is adequately ventilated by means of the cowl at the top and the lantern body as shown in the
illustration.
The finish is similar to F.5171 and the lantern can be supplied with either a B.C. or E.S. lampholder, the latter being provided unless otherwise
specified when ordering.
