The company have been making various types of Street Lighting Automatic
Control for some years. Their systems are characterised by their extreme
simplicity made possible by the use of non-tilting mercury switches, one
of the main features being the extremely small energising current
required for operation. In the main, their systems are dependent upon
pilot wires for their operation, but this has the advantage of
a positive control, free from outside interference, and avoids
the installation of complicated control equipment at the substation.
They are exhibiting the Sordoviso Delay Cascade System which
ensures that sections come into operation with a suitable time-lag
