The company exhibit a number of steel columns at Folkestone as part for the APLE's conference. - APLE Conference Programme 1937

They exhibit two types of seamless tubular steel lamp columns at the 1938 conference. Both are of 25' mounting height and are equipped with brackets which can be produced in various projections to conform to MOT requirements. The columns can be supplied with specially manipulated roots should difficulty be experienced in planting a straight root owing to varying forms of underground obstruction. - APLE Conference Programme 1938

They again exhibit two types of seamless tubular steel lamp columns at the 1939 conference. Both are of 25' mounting height and are equipped with brackets which can be produced in various projections to conform to MOT requirements. The base portion is large enough for any switchgear so a boxed-out base or externally fixed gear are not required. They also point out that steel columns perform well under vibration (extending life of lamps and mantles under wind pressure), are lighter to transport and erect, and can be supplied with special roos to overcome underground obstructions. - APLE Conference Programme 1938
