These side-entry lanterns which have been designed for use with Philips PowerWhite 250 watt and 400 watt high pressure mercury or the SON 250 watt and 400 watt high pressure sodium lamps, are suitable for Group 'A' and Area lighting installations.

Materials and Finish

• Lantern body is die-cast in corrosion-resistant aluminium allow (LM6M), stove enamel finished hammertone grey outside, white inside.
• One-piece heat-resistant acrylic bowl attached to body with stainless-steel hinge pins and quick action toggle catches.
• Neoprene strip gasket ensures dust and weather proof seal.
• Optical system comprises highly polished, specular side reflectors, manufacturered from super-purity magnesium-aluminium alloy, chemically brightened and anodised.
